Basic Information:

Material: TPU hot melt adhesive with fabric

Color: White, green, blue or as required

Thickness: 0.4mm-2.0mm or as required

Temperature: 60-80℃

Size: Normally 1M*1.5M or 1Yard*1Yard/sheet; 40&50yards/roll or as required

Application: shoe toe puff and counter stiffener material of lady shoe, leather shoe,children shoe, dancing shoe,sports shoe etc.

Method for use:

*Cut it into certain shape, skiving, insert it into the lining and upper material;

*Use heat and cool machine to pre forming, the heat mould temperature set to 120C, keep 10s( up to the type of the upper material);

*after heating, put it into cooling mould, remain 15s, temperature to be -5°C

Note: Above data may vary from different type of upper and as there are many similar products in the market, we suggest you have small test before production.
